Dev update - Build lifts and cabins freely

Some major changes since last time: Mainly the fact that you now can build lifts, cabins and such with full freedom. I have been avoiding this feature for a long time now, afraid of any potential complications with the code, primarily regarding the pathfinding of the skiers. But most things seem to be working good enough now and that's a great relief! ;)
