Dev update - snow and weather conditions

Hello! Just wanted to give you a brief update on the development. The latest feature to the game is weather. As we all know,  ski resorts are vulnerable against bad weather conditions such as rain and lack of new snow. You, the resort manager, must keep the quality of the snow as high as possible. The snow is now directly affected by the current weather. Gather fresh snow when the weather is good, and distribute it later on the icy slopes when the conditions are bad.
